Cancellation Policy

For any events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the event date, Wisho Studio will keep the event retainer fee paid to hold the event date as a cancellation fee. However, if the client requires to change the date, we will do our best to accommodate the change and no fee will be charged as long as the new date is available. If we are not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

If Wisho Studio cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then Wisho Studio shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Wisho Studio.
